👉 About This Role:
Join our Partner BlackRock where you`ll be part of a team that is pioneering the convergence of financial expertise and technological innovation. As an intern in their AI Engineering team, you will develop machine learning proof of concepts that directly contribute to our key financial and AI driven applications. This role allows you to be at the forefront of finance and technology.

Tasks:
❎ Innovate and Implement:
◾ Create and implement AI/ML models and algorithms leveraging open-source packages on our enterprise cloud platform
❎ Research and Development:
◾ Conduct extensive literature reviews to identify and evaluate potential NLP/ML models, algorithms, and technologies
❎ Benchmark and Validate:
◾ Develop and execute benchmarking strategies
◾ Design experiments, and select relevant datasets to ensure the AI/ML solutions meet performance, accuracy, and scalability requirements

Expectations:
🔶 Ongoing university studies, Computer Science or Software engineer field or study of physics or mathematics
🔶 Strong skills in Python, probability and statistics, and linear algebra
🔶 Basic knowledge of machine learning
🔶 Passionate about Finance and Technology: You should have an interest in finance and technology
🔶 Knowledge of Objective-oriented programming
🔶 Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English
🔶 Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with peers across functions
🔶 Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to navigate complex challenges

⏰ Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00-17:30, work 2, preferably 3 days a week, Home Office possible

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
