    🧐 The team within our partner`s Quantitative Analytics Engineering department is responsible for the implementation and execution of state-of-the-art portfolio risk analysis for both internal and external clients. They are looking for talented Quantitative Software Engineer trainees with an interest in financial mathematics, with a focus on portfolio risk analytics.

    What will you do as Student Worker:
    🟤 Take emotional ownership of projects and developing at scale in the enterprise environment used by thousands of users
    🟤 Work with senior engineers and have immediate impact on the development of our analytical platform
    🟤 Collaborate with users and the product team to design and implement new features
    🟤 Gain a broad understanding of the investment process and the analytics involved
    🟤 Gain deep understanding of enterprise-level portfolio risk analytics used by the largest financial firms in the world
    🟤 Bring your authentic self to work and find your community through volunteering, employee and professional networks, and every-day interactions

    Expectations:
    ✅ Ongoing university studies, Computer Science, Software developer, Software engineer field
    ✅ Intermediate programming skills in an OO language, e.g., Java, Python
    ✅ Interested in finance and mathematics
    ✅ Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English
    ✅ Team player attitude
    ✅ Good problem solving and communication skills
    ✅ Critical thinking, technical curiosity
    ✅ Learnability

    ⏰ Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00-17:30, work 2, preferably 3 days a week, Home Office possible

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
