    ⭐ Try yourself out through this short-term Internship! This position includes the support of all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation in order to ensure customers will get their goods on time. Dealing on a daily basis with many stakeholders, our Partner is looking for someone organized, willing to learn and flexible with the logistics environment changes.

    Tasks:
    🎀 Plan shipments with the according carriers
    🎀 Prepare shipping documents and make it available to the Warehouse
    🎀 Generate labels into carrier´s website
    🎀 Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize efficiency in quality and costs
    🎀 Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
    🎀 Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock
    🎀 Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
    🎀 Support on improvement projects

    Requirements:
    🧸 Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, in logistics or related field
    🧸 You have strong digital skills, confidence and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and Advanced Excel
    🧸 Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge are must haves (fluent speaking and writing)
    🧸 Good organization skills
    🧸 Customer service-oriented mindset
    🧸 Self-starter and team player with communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong focus on results
    🧸 Strong communications and collaboration skills

    ⏰ Working hours: Between 08:00-18:00

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
