💼 Our partner`s mission of reinventing the CAD industry that got stuck in the past. They are building a 3D modeling app that works for the users, instead of holding them back. They want people to be able to design anywhere they want, the way they want.

Tasks:
☀️ Be the heartbeat of our Partner`s Budapest office: As the first point of contact, you’ll be the face of Shapr3D, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional service to every employee and visitor who walks through our Partner`s doors.
☀️ Elevate our Partner`s daily work environment: You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant atmosphere by supporting special projects that enhance the visitor experience, assisting with office events, and autonomously identifying ways to improve our Partner`s processes.
☀️ Join a culture where you matter: Engage with a diverse range of personalities across the company in a supportive, people-oriented environment where your proactive contributions directly impact the efficiency and happiness of the entire team.
What you’ll do
☀️ Be the friendly face of our Partner`s Budapest office, managing the front desk and welcoming employees, guests, and visitors.
☀️ Handle day-to-day employee needs efficiently or connect them with the right person when needed.
☀️ Support the Workplace Team with office organization, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.
☀️ Keep track of office initiatives, social events, and company activities to keep everyone informed.
☀️ Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized workspace for the entire team.

Requirements:
🐞 Ongoing full time higher education studies
🐞 A genuine people-oriented mindset; you find joy in helping others and making their day easier
🐞 A positive, supportive attitude that makes the office a better place to be
🐞 Availability to work at least 24 hours a week (ideally 3 full 8-hour days)
🐞 With a commitment of a year or more
🐞 Currently enrolled as a student for at least the next 12 months.
🐞 English CV
🐞 You speak excellent English and Hungarian—you`re comfortable switching between both throughout the day. (English fluent)
🐞 Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

⏰ Working hours: Preferably 3 full 8-hour days a week at least, but it’s flexible. The goal is to cluster the working hours as much as possible rather than spreading them across the entire week. For instance, this could be arranged as two full days plus two additional 4-hour days in case the student is on a 24h a week regime.

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 715,765 per month.
