    💻 Our Partner is a human-centric BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that elevates customer experience with the power of human interactions. Empathy is at the core of everything we do, allowing us to understand and address your customers` unique needs.

    📍 Here, the focus is on solving all kinds of technical issues in the areas of Internet, TV and telephony.

    They handle customer requests through the following channels:
    📞 Call / Inbound Outbound
    📧 Sprinklr mails
    🎫 Processing of tickets and cases for pending concerns

    🎧 In the Tech Support department, customers report failures or quality problems with their landline and/or mobile connection as well as TV.

    ℹ️ Even though the focus is on technical support, we naturally provide normal service for inquiries about contracts, new products, invoices, optimization of subscriptions by Care2sales and much more.

    🧩 Resolve technical customer inquiries for telephony, internet, TV, business services, and mobile.
    🧩 Troubleshoot technical issues for telephony, internet, TV, business services, and mobile.
    🧩 Handle information and/or address changes.
    🧩 Provide information regarding activation and hardware.
    🧩 Assist with installation.
    🧩 Handle technical complaint processing.
    🧩 Cross- & upselling.
    🧩 Customer retention.

    Requirements:
    ◻️ Ongoing full-time higher education studies
    ◻️ Microsoft office suite on user level
    ◻️ Online and mobile devices application knowledge would be appreciated
    ◻️ Minimum knowledge of CRM tools
    ◻️ German C Level both spoken and written.
    ◻️ Basic English( A2/ B1) level both spoken and written
    ◻️ Problem solving
    ◻️ Strong communication skill
    ◻️ Ability to work under pressure
    ◻️ Empathy toward clients

    Working environment:
    🏢 Working from the office.
    🏡 After 6 months there might be a chance to switch to a hybrid model

    Working hours:
    📆 Monday - Friday 07:00 am - 10:00 pm
    📆 Saturday 07:00 am - 10:00 pm
    📆 Sunday 07:00 am - 10:00 pm.
    🕘 The majority of the agents would be scheduled during morning and afternoons.
    As is typical for the industry, we work 365 days a year.
    This therefore also includes Sundays and public holidays.
    🎓 The traing would be structured like:
    2 weeks on training ,
    1 week on the job,
    2 weeks on training,
    one week on the job.
    🔴 The client will decide later when to furtherly train our agents.
    🔴 It will be delivered on site- class training mode .
    🔴 The duration should be 8 hours but we are still negotiating to shorten itt o 6 hours daily.
    💰 The training will be paid

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 693,700 per month.
