🏬 Our Partner`s mission of reinventing the CAD industry that got stuck in the past. They are building a 3D modeling app that works for the users, instead of holding them back. They want people to be able to design anywhere they want, the way they want.

💡 They`re on the hunt for a dynamic Front Desk Specialist Intern to create an outstanding first impression for their guests and a great environment for their employees.

Tasks:
✨ Be the friendly face of the Budapest office, managing the front desk and welcoming employees, guests, and visitors
✨ Handle day-to-day employee needs efficiently, or connect them with the right person when needed
✨ Support the Workplace Team with office organization, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks
✨ Keep track of office initiatives, social events, and company activities to keep everyone informed
✨ Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized workspace for the entire tea

Requirements:
🟣 Ongoing full-time higher education studies
🟣 Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
🟣 Availability of at least 24 hours per week, preferably 3 full 8-hour days, but this is flexible
🟣 English CV
🟣 Excellent English and Hungarian skills — comfortable switching between both throughout the day (English fluent)
🟣 A genuinely people-oriented mindset and joy in helping others and making their day easier
🟣 A positive, supportive attitude that contributes to a better office environment

⏰ Working hours:
📌 Preferably 3 full 8-hour days a week, but this is flexible
📌 The goal is to cluster working hours rather than spread them across the entire week
📌 For example: 2 full days + 2×4-hour days for a 24-hour weekly schedule

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 656,785 per month.
