    💼 About our Partner: Software development company with international presence.

    ✨ Our Partner is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join their company. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office and creating a welcoming environment for their colleagues and guests.

    Responsibilities:
    📌 Office operation support
    📌 Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as: office supply procurement, inventory management, receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries, answer phone calls and make sure the office and meeting spaces are well-organized
    Guest reception
    📌 Welcome and assist guests, couriers and suppliers, creating a positive first impression
    Company cell phone and company car administration
    📌 Oversee cell phone procurement, manage subscriptions, handle SIM card activations and replacements, assist with roaming settings
    📌 Coordinate vehicle servicing, track mileage data and vehicle handovers
    Facility maintenance
    📌 Coordinate office furniture needs, repairs, cleaning schedules and general maintenance
    Event and travel coordination
    📌 Assist with planning business travels and company events
    General administrative support
    📌 Provide additional operational support as needed to keep office functions running smoothly
    📌 Assist with HR related tasks

    Expectations:
    🟡 Ongoing university studies
    🟡 Fluent English knowledge – in verbal and written form as well
    🟡 Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    🟡 Customer-oriented, friendly personality with strong communication skills
    🟡 Proactive attitude and detail-oriented mindset
    🟡 Excellent organizational skills

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 576,601 per month.
