    The objective of the Contract quality check controller is to support and assist the lease contracts team’s work in accurately migrate and manage the ongoing contract database. 📣

    Responsibilities:
    💻 Ability to read and understand the details of the contract to a level of understanding such that the data required can be accurately extracted and entered into Planon.
    💻 Ability to read in local languages: English, Italian or Spanish
    💻 Ability to communicate professionally with the local organization to resolve issues regarding missing information in contracts
    💻 Developing and maintaining working knowledge of all procedures, policies and standard operating procedures

    Duties:
    📋 Receive, sort and distribute contracts
    📋 Review contract in particular language and populate data input template
    📋 Work to achieve individual and team goals.
    📋 Quality Check
    📋 Upload Excel template and PDF file to tool
    📋 Resolve issues with Sonova Retained Organization
    📋 To comply/complete ad-hoc request/tasks.
    📋 Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials.
    📋 Observe strict compliance to licensing, copyright and trademark legislation.
    📋 Accomplish other duties as required.

    🎯 Requirement:
    - Ongoing university studies
    - Has very good command of English and German
    - He/she has a customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude in the area of corporate communication
    - He/she will be able to work in a multicultural environment, and both as a team member / independently
    - The candidate will be able to manage time and prioritize, work in a changing environment and work under pressure
    - Preferably the suitable candidate will also have an understanding of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
    - Communication:
    • Experience in communication with customers
    • Ability to communicate effectively - oral & written
    • Ability to communicate effectively with different groups
    • Ability to follow specific processes and procedures
    - Personal Interaction:
    • Ability to convey knowledge to others
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment

    ⏰ Working hours: between 8:00 - 18:00

    * If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 499 952 per month.
