They work at the heart of digitization, advising organizations on IT strategy, implementing the most appropriate technology and managing their customers’ infrastructures. 📌 Your future tasks will be… As a Financial Trainee, you will. ◼️ As a financial trainee you will be providing financial, administrative and clerical support for Cash Collectors. ◼️ The Cash Collector is accountable for collecting Monies for all outstanding invoices before they become overdue and understanding the reasons of non-payments. ◼️ This activity involves contacting the customers via different means of communication: e-mail, phone calls, use of customer portals. ◼️ In case of a customer dispute, the credit controller’s responsibility is to route the issue to the department in charge of solving it, and to follow up on the resolution. 📌 On a daily basis: ◼️ Helping the Collectors with administation ◼️ Managing and collecting the outstanding cash of business partners of the UK region ◼️ Solving problems and investigating issues via contacting account managers and sales.🔻 Requirements:• On-going studies, on Finance field• Willingness to work in at least 20 hours/week • Fluent English& Hungarian language skills • Good knowledge of MS Office package especially Excel• Fluent with English knowledge, German is an advantage • Interest in SAP knowledge 🏨 Working enviroment:👉 As a future member of Our Partner Family on the Finance & Accounting department you will be part of a friendly, family like department of 100 people where you have the chance for: 👉 SAP & Finance trainings Fun 👉 Diverse atmosphere 👉 Home office 👉 Flexible scheduling🕗 Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00, flexible ❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
