📌 Main objective of the Regional Supply Planning (RSP) team is to lead the End2End DRP, forecast propagation to plants and performance for the Network.
📌 Trainee Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
◼️ Run weekly/monthly sanity checks to align material master discrepancies in SAP and Kinaxis.
◼️ Support with daily/weekly/monthly update of templates for RSP tasks
Weekly templates: allocations e.g. actual production follow up of adapted products in allocation
Monthly templates: coordination meetings, DRP.
◼️ Support RSP with additional spot tasks and/or projects e.g. availability checks for project, promotion, sales push, rebalances.
◼️ Work with planning tools: Kinaxis, SAP, Tableau & Internal Partner tools

🔻 Requirements:
✔️ Ongoing Engineering and/or Business Administration studies
✔️ Fluent in English
✔️ Excellent skills in Excel required – knowledge of power query is a big plus
✔️ SAP knowledge or experience would be considered as an advantage
✔️ Ability to adapt to an international team and to work under pressure
✔️ Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approac

⏰ Working hours:
• Be able to work at least 24 hours/week, flexible working hours
• Mainly home office (office presence required 2 or 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 433,700 per month.
