📣 The objective of the RDM Specialist is to resolve remote users IT problems by means of a first time fix or by dispatching for on-site support. 📣 The RDM Specialist responds to clients requiring technical support. 📣 Contacts reach the RDM via call handling systems or e-mails.🖍️ Responsibilities:📑To log, validate and diagnose customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used on the customer site📑 Providing the customer with a solution through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research, or to route or escalate the call to the appropriate resolution group📑 Escalation and management of contacts to agreed service levels📑 Excellent attendance and punctuality are required🔻 Expectations: ✔️ BA university studies in progress✔️ C1 level English and Greek🕗 Working hours: 08:00-18:00❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
