This is the place to be❗👉 Learn and work on your career: if you like being in contact with people, and you’re not afraid of responsibilities, feel free to apply❗👉 This journey will show you how procurement works to be ready for exiting challenges once time will come. 🔻 As a Data management & Analyst Intern, you will be in charge of supporting the Raw Material Plastic European team around 3 aspects: • 1/ Data management (data quality, updates, tools…): Support the buyer in data collection and animation. • 2/ Digitization of the processes & reporting. • 3/ Support buyers in administrative tasks elaborating cost analysis and in implementing data. 🔻 You will be interacting with different entities: • Finance, plants, buyers from other categories, suppliers. • The scope of the job is European. 🔻 Main missions: ◻️ Support data collection related to plastic with buyers ◻️ Support the team to improve data quality and processes to collect information all along the milestone during the year ◻️ Propose some solutions to improve the data management in terms of quality and accuracy ◻️ Propose some solutions to ease the process & workload of the teams in terms of digitization (RPA, reporting etc.) working closely with the central IT teams and in accordance with Our Partner Policy ◻️ Support buyer for additional administrative missions🔻 Requirements:✔️ Ongoing university studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data management, Management, Economics, IT or any related field✔️ High-level of Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel skills ✔️ High interested in IT topics ✔️ Be autonomous as your team is outside Budapest, but entire team will be connected to you through TEAMS! ✔️ Enjoy making a good- looking excel sheets, presentations, reports✔️ Being able to think and solve problems quickly ✔️ Love being challenged⏰ Working hours:• Be able to work at least 24 hours/week, flexible working hours • Mainly home office (office presence required 2 or 3 times/week), flexible to your schedule❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
