Our partner is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee!📐 About the position: Our Partner`s Technical Support Team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee. The Team primarily focuses on services towards the company`s reseller channel, such as providing support for Archicad. ✔️Core Responsibilities:• Investigate and solve Archicad and BIMx related questions and issues reported by the reseller channel• Communicate these questions, issues and solutions with the reseller channel and with tha partner’s Product Development• Create documentation and online articles for knowledgebase and troubleshooting✅ Requirements:• Student status in Hungary• Ongoing studies on architectural field• Advanced English skills, including strong writing ability and verbal skills• At least intermediate level ArchiCAD skills• 20h+ per week availability• Interest in technology - computer networking• Previous internship at architectural firms💡 What the internship offers:• In depth product knowledge of our partner`s solutions through free in-house BIM trainings• Good overview on how BIM is used at various firms• An international environment where English skills can be practiced and developed• A highly collaborative environment⏰ Working hours:Every weekday from 8 am to 6 pm* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 433,700 per month.
