Their innovative solutions create stronger and more meaningful connections for customers, businesses, and communities worldwide.Responsibilities:📞 Politely, quickly, and efficiently handle incoming calls↩️ Call back clients when necessary, based on information provided by the technical team🔎 Identify client needs and issues, and offer appropriate solutions⚡ Resolve unique cases as quickly as possible📚 Provide information to clients in line with regulations, using the available knowledge base💡 Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the partner’s product, including hardware and software features, and answer client questions📝 Check, update, and document support tickets👥 Actively participate in team meetings💡 Requirements:🎓 Ongoing full-time higher education studies🇸🇮 Slovenian — C2 / native🇬🇧 English — B2 You’re a great fit if you:🗣️ Communicate well and professionally with clients💻 Have experience using various IT systems, including Google applications🎧 Have previous customer support experience🔧 Are open to learning new technical knowledge🕘 Are willing and able to work in shifts, as customer support operates 24/7📅 Can work 3–4 days per week, with occasional night shifts (to be agreed upon)🕘 Working hours: the working hours are determined by the partner company and follow 3 shifts, based on mutual agreement❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
