🔈 Our Partner is experiencing huge growth, so we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Recruitment Intern to further strengthen their Talent Acquisition team and support this expansion.

🔻Tasks:
- Support our recruitment specialists globally (mostly in Hungary, Israel, APAC, and the US) to find our future colleagues
- Screening CVs, conducting HR interviews, and ensuring positive candidate experience during the whole hiring process
- Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
- Helping to build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain candidate databases
- Other administrative duties or responsibilities as required (e.g.: reporting, writing JDs, advertising job opportunities)


You’re looking for us if you:
✅ Have ongoing university studies
✅ Previous experience in HR (sourcing, recruitment)
✅ Are interested in HR, especially talent acquisition
✅ Can adequately communicate with different stakeholders (hiring managers, tech leaders, external parties)
✅ Are able to positively present our company and job opportunities to potential candidates
✅ Fluently communicate in English
✅ Can operate in fast and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing demands
✅ Fluent in English

* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT. If you are under 25 years old, you will be exempt from PIT, so you can consider your gross salary as net, up to the average wage in the national economy, which is HUF 499,952 per month.
